The Gym located on the ground floor of the hostel, reserved for members and guests, close to the changing rooms with shower is available from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, allowing the use up to 10 people.
The available machines: rowing machine, exercise bike, grinder, ruler carpet, weight bench, full body and the Optiparts boat simulator; allow a general and specific training for the whole body and for every type of activity practiced.
There are also backs, mats, elastic bands, exercise balls and balance boards to complete the "free body" activity.

Is also available a physiotherapy corner equipped with 2 beds. It's possible to use it with own staff or booking a physiotherapist at Univela.

In case of organized groups it is possible to book in advance the gym to operate in full autonomy.
