For adults: sailing excursions to discover Garda

For those who want to experience the lake in an authentic and environmentally friendly way, Univela offers the possibility of booking sailing excursions, allowing you to explore Lake Garda from a privileged perspective.

Accompanied by expert skippers, participants will be able to discover hidden corners of the lake, sailing between pristine bays, uninhabited cliffs and breathtaking views. The excursions are designed to guarantee a relaxing and engaging experience, without impacting the ecosystem, thanks to the exclusive use of the power of the wind.

For children: WWF Travel camps between sport and nature

Univela Campione del Garda, in collaboration with WWF Travel, organizes summer camps dedicated to children and teenagers, offering a unique opportunity to combine sport with environmental education. These camps, aimed at participants from elementary school to young adults (18-24 years), are designed to immerse children in the beauty of nature through sports and educational activities.

During their stay, participants learn the basics of sailing, learn to manage boats independently and develop skills related to safety in the water. But that's not all: the camps include nature exploration activities, sustainability workshops and moments of awareness on the importance of protecting the environment.

The program includes a balanced mix of sport and nature:

• 70% sailing, for a complete experience in the water;

• 20% mountain exploration, to discover local biodiversity;

• 10% SUP and kayak, for direct and fun contact with the lake.

Tourism that respects and enhances the territory

For both adults and children, Univela Campione del Garda confirms itself as a reality of excellence in the panorama of sustainable tourism. Each activity proposed is designed to bring people closer to nature in a responsible way, rediscovering the pleasure of sailing and the beauty of a unique environment, to be preserved for future generations.

3. Discover No-Profit:

The soul of social responsibility that has characterized Univela for years makes it a point of reference for important realities in our territory.

For over 12 years AIL Brescia has chosen Univela for a project that is the result of a synergic collaboration: the “sAIL camps” are aimed at onco-hematological patients in follow-up who find in Campione del Garda and Univela the ideal protected place where they have had the opportunity to try the experience of sailing therapy, accompanied by AIL volunteers.

“Sailing - explains the President of AIL Brescia Giuseppe Navoni -, due to the particular and unique conditions in which it is carried out and the stimuli it offers, over the years has proven to be a valid therapeutic tool for people with various disabilities and pathologies. In this project, rehabilitation takes on a fundamental value in onco-hematological therapy and this is why AIL will allow those who have experienced the disease to live a day full of environmental and symbolic stimuli: going beyond the limits that are within us.

In 2021, to continue the rehabilitation process for onco-hematological patients, the “sAIL camp” was born: two days dedicated to the psycho-physical rehabilitation of patients in small groups of ten people.

In this case too, Univela has supported from the beginning in welcoming patients and AIL staff into the facility, creating a sailing therapy program for patients.

The goal of “sAIL camp” is to promote a psychological rehabilitation process for patients to feel better in everyday life and connect with themselves and their experiences. A precious opportunity to compare with others, to try to strengthen the sense of mastery and autonomy.”

The project "Pesci Fuor d'Acqua" takes to the sea!

A unique initiative promoted by Univela Sailing in collaboration with the Lombardy Region, the Municipality of Idro and with the support of Sport e Salute. A project that aims to involve 300 young people from contexts of social isolation, offering them opportunities for growth, inclusion and discovery through sport and culture.

Through activities such as and sailing, swimming, paddleboarding, trekking and athletic training, participants will be able to live unforgettable experiences in contact with nature. But not just sports: "Pesci Fuor d'Acqua" also offers theater workshops, photography and courses dedicated to the discovery of local flora and fauna.

The initiative is designed for young people aged 15 to 35, with the aim of creating an inclusive and stimulating meeting space, enhancing the territory and promoting psychophysical well-being through sport and art.

Thanks to our projects with AIL and WWF, we are a point of reference in the non-profit world. The Sailing Camps with these important realities are the symbol of our constant commitment to social issues, so much so that we have received the Recognition of Builders of Kindness in Sport precisely for our constant and concrete commitment to social issues. And this is why we are proud of this unique and distinctive recognition in the Italian panorama.
