Intermediate Level Private Catamaran Sailing Lessons at Univela Campione del Garda

This intermediate course is designed for those who have already acquired the basics of catamaran sailing and wish to become more independent and confident in managing the boat. We use the Hobie Cat 15, a robust and stable catamaran, suitable for 2 or 4 people, which allows you to develop technical skills and speed.

Students will delve into advanced maneuvers, learning to optimize navigation in medium and strong winds, as well as managing balance and positioning on board. An important focus of the course is the use of the trapeze, essential for balancing the catamaran and maintaining high speeds safely. Participants will learn how to make the most of the trapeze to optimize boat control and tackle more challenging conditions.

This intermediate level allows students to develop greater sensitivity in the management of the catamaran, improving their ability to navigate independently and with greater precision, making them ready for more dynamic and sporty situations.

Lesson Details

• Duration: Our sessions in the water last from 2 to 3 hours.
• Location: Lessons take place on Lake Garda, departing from our port in Campione del Garda.
• Equipment included: Hobie 15 type sailboats and life jackets.
• Equipment not included: neoprene wetsuit (can be rented for €5 per day), shoes or booties to use in the water.
