Ferrata of Campione del Garda
Interesting via ferrata, of modest length and difficulty, but with fun passages, it offers beautiful views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
It can be used as a starting variant for the trip to Monte Cas (see specific itinerary).
Access
Take the state road SS 45bis, or Gardesana Occidentale, and leave it at the signs for Campione del Garda. Then we go into the village, until we find a rest area.
Check the usability of the parking indicated on the map, and the possible cost, which may vary according to the season.
Approach

You go up following the excellent insurances, with never high difficulty:
The view of the lake begins to become captivating:
We continue:
In the upper part, the ground is covered by the rock-parapet metal nets, which offer the shoes less grip than the rock, so you need to pay a little more attention.
The passage under a rock bridge is picturesque:
The summit of the via ferrata was soon reached:
Continue for a while along the path and quickly join the path that climbs from Campione towards Mount Cas:
Follow it to the right, downhill, if you want to return to Campione, or to the left, uphill, if you want to continue towards Monte Cas.
In the first case, the path, descending, runs alongside or crosses the works of a hydroelectric plant,
